Nothing is better than popping a matcha energy ball into your mouth when you are in need of a pick-me-up. This delicious treat is easy, fun and can be kept fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks. Keep reading to learn how I make my matcha energy balls.

I keep things really easy and eyeball all my ingredients.

    Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
    Maple Syrup

    Food Processor

-Throw the dates and almonds into the food processor (I always do a little at a time so the almonds and dates can get combined together). They will become really sticky

-Add maple syrup for sweetness

-Add the matcha and cocoa powders

-Let this all combine in the food processor. It will create a very sticky mixture.

-On a plate, sprinkle out a combination of matcha and cocoa powders

-Roll the sticky mixture out onto the plate into dime-sized balls

-Once the energy balls are coated in powder, they are no longer sticky and easy to eat

-Dust your energy balls in matcha and ENJOY!

Matcha energy balls are so easy to make and even easier to enjoy!
