-Throw the dates and almonds into the food processor (I always do a little at a time so the almonds and dates can get combined together). They will become really sticky
-Add maple syrup for sweetness
-Add the matcha and cocoa powders
-Let this all combine in the food processor. It will create a very sticky mixture.
-On a plate, sprinkle out a combination of matcha and cocoa powders
-Roll the sticky mixture out onto the plate into dime-sized balls
-Once the energy balls are coated in powder, they are no longer sticky and easy to eat
-Dust your energy balls in matcha and ENJOY!
