Coconut Aminos is a godsend. The easiest way to describe coconut aminos is a soy sauce substitute. Although I love soy sauce, it does contain ingredients that are not considered the healthiest. Because I try to eat very clean and healthy, coconut aminos has become my substitute for soy sauce. After transitioning to coconut aminos I actually prefer coconut aminos to regular soy sauce. I mentioned coconut aminos my blog post about my all time favorite ingredients. Coconut aminos has so many health benefits, but on top of that they are delicious. My favorite brand is Coconut Secret (they also have a lot of other great coconut products), although I have used a variety of brands and I have always had a good outcome.
